Do the posters have to be vertical?

Poster boards are 3 ft X 5 ft. They can be placed in either orientation and your poster can extend below the bottom of the posterboard on the easel.

How should I dress?

The event is casual. Business casual or less formal is acceptable.

Will Penn Relays traffic be a problem?

Parking spaces have been reserved in garage 51 which can be accessed by a route that avoids Franklin Field (33rd and Spruce/South), where the relays take place. See the Directions/Parking link for details.

How can I access the speaker abstracts?

An abstract booklet has been emailed to all registered attendees. Printed copies will be provided at the symposium.
